This is umm... interesting. I would note though that this is PRWeb, so the article is essentially what those organizations at the end of the article want you to read. But Paul Hellyer is quite real. In fact, he's the one who unified the Canadian services, so that we have "the Canadian Forces" today, instead of separate army, navy, and air force.
The UFO stuff reminds me of this.
